Need assistance with the Patient Portal ?   Call the Portal Helpline at 978-469-5639.

The helpline is a voice mailbox where you can leave your name, date of birth, phone number and a brief message regarding the type of support you require. Messages will be routinely retrieved and a representative of the Pentucket Medical Patient Portal Team will return your call Monday through Friday between the hours of 9AM and 5PM. 


Effective January 31, 2019, Pentucket Medical is converting from it's current electronic medical record to EPIC.  This change will connect primary and specialty care, acute care, and home care across the Partners network and provide patient access to information regarding care. 

Patient Gateway is the patient portal for EPIC.  If you do not already have a Patient Gateway account, you will be contacted regarding enrollment in January.
